Delete Add-in program reference

I deleted a mobile phone tools softwear from my computer, but still seem to
have some reference to it withing Outlook 2003. When I start Outlook I get
the following message,"the add-in C:\programfiles\mobile phone
tools\outl97.dll could not be installed or loaded." It can't because it has
been uninstalled. How do I get this message to not appear? How do I delete
this reference? I'm running Outlook 2003 with XP Professional on an IBM
ThinkPad.

Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options. Examine COM Add-Ins and Add-In
Manager. If that doesn't help, look in the registry at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins and
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\x11.0\Outlook\Addins

And for admin installations of an addin also look in the same path in the
HKLM hive of the registry.
