How do I prevent Outlook 2007 from trying to load an uninstalled a

Hi!
I just installed Office 2007. When I started Outlook 2007, I got an error
message saying that the Add-in Mobile PhoneTools (c:\Program Files\Mobile
PhoneTools\Outl97.dll) cannot be loaded and has been disabled. It suggests
contacting the vendor for an update or uninstalling the add-in. I
uninstalled Mobile PhoneTools from Windows Control Panel and the directory in
which Outl97.dll resided no longer exists. I still get the message every
time I start Outlook 2007.
How do I prevent Outlook 2007 from attempting to load this uninstalled
program?
Any help from you experts would be much appreciated!

Tools > Trust Center > Add-Ins ...
In the Mange section see if you can disable the add-in. Press Go to access
them.

Thank you, Bill. That didn't quite get me there, but it got me close enough
to the solution that I think I have found it now. I had looked in the Trust
Center before but had not found the solution there. The problem add-in was
not listed by name (mobile PhoneTools) or file name (outl97.dll) in the
active application add-ins, inactive application add-ins or disabled
application add-ins. Since you referred me there again, though, I looked a
little deeper.
At the bottom of the page, I checked out the other options and found what I
was looking for under Exchange Client Extensions. When I hit "Go", I one of
five listed extensions was mobile PhoneTools. I have now un-checked the box
for that add-in and I imagine that will fix the problem. If not, I will be
back.
