Defragment

When I try to defragment, my system turns off and then starts up again. When
I try to use the system, it displays the following "Please wait while Windows
confighres 'Trayapp'".
Then another message appears "The feature you are using is on a CD-ROM or
other removeable disk that is not availablle. Insert the 'Trayapp' disk and
click OK.
Then a third message appears "Error 1706 no valid source could be fouond for
the product 'Trayapp', the window installer could not continue.
I searched my Windows installation disk and the 'Trayapp' could not be
found. This has been happening for two weeks. Please help!!!

You should be getting Error Reports In Event Viewer. Please post copies.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Administrative Tools,
Event Viewer. When researching the meaning of the error, information
regarding Event ID, Source and Description are important.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Double click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. This will paste the info from the Event Viewer Error Report
complete with links into the message. Make sure this is the first paste
after exiting from Event Viewer.
