Default folder for Windows Explorer

In Win2k, how do I change the default folder for Windows Explorer from "My
Documents" to C:\ (or something else for that matter)?

Edit the shortcut's "Target" to read;
%systemroot%\explorer.exe /e, E:\
Where E:\ is the drive and or directory you wish to expand.
