Daylight savings time patch

How can I tell if I have gotten the daylight savings time patch or not?

I downloaded the DST patch and ran it. WinXP Pro indicated that my computer
was already setup for the change. Got me baffled also.

Patch gave me a blank window when it should have said installed OK or not
OK.
Lousy programming, don't know now if its installed or not but that's
trivial.

Type w32tm /tz this will show you your Time Zone Settings..

I got a blank window and a download. I ran the download and got the
appropriate responses. Look for WindowsXP-KB931836-x86-ENU.exe (for XP
Home, SP2).

I installed the Daylight patch and afterwards my THINKPAD does not keep the
day of time. Any suggestions?
