I just upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 and I don't care for the

Date: Yesterday
Date: Today

stuff in the Inbox view. Is there a way to get rid of these headers and
just list my e-mail like 2000 did?

Yes, ungroup;
View-> Arrange By-> Show in Groups
