data1.msi not recognized for Import feature

HI,

I got msoffice 2000 Pro SR-1 from my company. (OEM
license)
I updated to SP4 from Microsoft site.
Now I can't install the Import/Export Outlook2000 feature
from company (OEM)disks because it won't recognize the
data1.msi file.
MS says it's the OEM's problem. My company (OEM license)
says it MS problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
I'm running w2K 5.00.2195 sp4. Outlook 2000 sp3
9.0.0.6627.

OEM software is supported by the OEM, not Microsoft.
