Data files in Owner's Documents

I have 3 trojan's that are shutiing down my system, basically whenever I get
anywhere near something that's going to get rid of them. The trojans are
Turown.A, Turown.C and a downloader called Braid uptodate. They are all in
the "allfiles4.exe" file that is located in the "Data" folder in the
"Owner's Documents" in "Documents and Settings".
I know that's where they are because when I try to open "allfiles4.exe" my
AVG system tells me I have a virus, lists them, and tells me that it has
gotten rid of them, which of course it hasn't.
Can I delete this file, rename it, or do something to it to get rid of these
trojans for ever and ever? Or, do any of you have a GOOD solution for
getting rid of these pests? I'm using XP Home, and System Restore doesn't
work all that well either, otherwise I would have used that.
Thanks
