Cut and paste

Ooops, I did not see this before replying with essentially the same
suggestion.

The problem is that along with the font formats, there are often extra
line breaks and I am not sure the extra line breaks go away. I don't know
if that applies to the situation where the CC field is used as a temporary
area. I personally don't like seeing the extra line breaks, even if I
don't mind the fonts.

Sam, duplication of the same advice happens all to often in here, for
whatever reason, post count?

The line breaks are not a problem, when composing simply do a backspace, or
two, after the cut and paste.

If you are suggesting that I posted just to make a post, then your logic is
very flawed. For one thing, your comment about duplication is totally
erroneous.

I am sorry you interpreted my comment as a criticism. I did not intend to
say that your suggestion is wrong. I meant that there are other ways to do
things, each with advantages and disadvantages. I hope you can understand
that.

My comment was NOT aimed in your direction.
You where courteous enough to point out that you had reiterated my advice,
unknowingly.
My intention was never intended as criticism.

End of story, please?

But, many of your posts over the previous couple of months, have been to say
the least, none constructive, IMHO.

You are obviously a smart guy, stick to that part of your profile, it will
in the long run help those in need of it.

Power to your elbow.

Regards Steve.

It is contradictory to attempt to end a discussion by making another
criticism.

I am tempted to call that "judicious snipping" Sam, but I will refrain.

And simply quote the part of my post that you "inadvertently" snipped?

"You are obviously a smart guy, stick to that part of your profile, it will

Have you considered switching to decaf, Sam?

Is there something you are trying to say? This does not say anything.

Do you disagree with my statement? Do you think it is productive to request
that the discussion end, then criticize the person? I truly don't understand
the problem. Can you please copy and paste the entire error message?

I don't understand. I truly do not. If you could provide the entire error
message then that will help.
