Custom form for Public Folder

Hello.
I am running Exchange 2000 Server SP3 with Outlook 2002 SP3.
I have a custom form that I created (based on task form). I want to publish
it to a public folder and make it the form that is used by default when a
user goes to create a new item. How do I do this? Also, will the form be
used when someone opens up an item created with this form? And will the
default Task form be used for those items created before the form was
pulbished to the public folder?
