Custom default colours

Powerpoint 2002 (XP)

I've designed a set of templates for a client.
Is there a way within the templates or within Powerpoint on the clients
computers to allocate a default palette set of colours that they must use
when making up their slides.Blocking if possible all other available
colours.

You can certainly allocate a block of colors as a "color scheme", but
there's no way you can block people from using other colors.

Thanks Geetesh.

That's what I thought.
The client has a graphics background and is looking at Powerpoint as having
the same abilities as Photoshop's customised colour palette's.

Linz, yes - you can have the customized color scheme/palette (PowerPoint's
palettes are restricted to 8 colors) - but there's no way you can stop
someone from using a color that's not part of that library.

You can have more than one color scheme (palette) for a PowerPoint
presentation and/or template - I think the limit is 16 color schemes
(palettes). Maybe, you can create more than one color scheme to provide more
choices.
