ctrl alt del NO RESPONSE

Any one seen this ?
My XP Pro PC does nothing when I hit ctrl+alt+del
Even safe mode has same problem
Changed keyboards, no help
I know PC sees keyboard, because if I boot off floppy to
virus utility it works fine.
Anyone?

What does your "virus utility" show? Is it using updated virus
definitions? Because this is a symptom of viral infection.

I had that problem once after I ran a strange file. Check msconfig for
explorer32 or iexplore32. Then uncheck it and delete the explorer32.exe or
iexplore32.exe file from your system32 diretory.
