Crysis 2 - Being released on 25 March 2011

So, my Crysis 2 downloaded the 1.9 patch from Steam today, Result!

I'd be interested to see what you think of the high-res packs once you've given it a go - I wonder if it will significantly improve the graphics?

Aye, what Ian said, I'm curious too.

I note my version of Win 7 Home Premium 64 Bit has DX11 installed but my somewaht archaic 9800 GTX 512Mb video card only supports DX10. C'est La Vie.

Ah saw Flops mention this in Ians thread, thought i'd just say, yes the DX11 and High res textures are indeed good, What it should have been out of the box......

Still not anywhere near as good as the original, but its now officially a console port! lololol...

Am going to give this a go too at some point....
