CRTCCLIENT not responding

Can someone please tell me what CRTCCLIENT is and why I must "end now" every
time I try to shut down or restart my pc? I don't see it listed in my
process window so I don't know what is triggering this error. TIA

Hi Tee,

Try shutting down Windows Messenger first, I believe that file is related to
it.
