Critical update KB828026

for several days now i have received an alert saying that
a critical update for Windows Media Player Script
Commands KB828026 has been downloaded and is ready for
installation. I have clicked on install now and after a
couple of minutes the message says that the install has
been completed and that i should click on finish to
complete the install, which i do. however next time i
turn on my pc i get the same message about the same
update being downloaded and ready to install. this
morning i got the message again, and again i installed
it. i then went to windows update sate and did a search
for available updates,guess what was available and ready
to be downloaded??? yes KB828026! ithen downloaded it and
installed it again and did a furthers scan, and low and
behol it was still available and ready.......
does any one know why this is, andf how i can either
install it so that it stays installed, or that i can set
my pc to ignore this update. It is getting very boring
having to install this update every day!!!
