creating a rule that applies to messages received x days ago

I was trying to create a rule in ms outlook that deletes all messages that
were received x days ago.
For eg.: Delete all messages received a week ago.

The only rule I found anywhere near was the one that applies to messages
received in a specified date period, with fixed dates.

I could create the rule with that option, stating as end date last friday or
something.
That, however, is not so good, because I'd then have to be updating that end
date every week or every month or whatever...
