Outlook : rules to apply to messages yet received

Outlook : Sometime you create a rule to classify messages received in a
special directory for example.
After you see many messages usualy a long time ago in your messagebox that
should be classified using this last rule.

Clicking with the right click on the header of the message, it would be
pleasant if it suggested to apply the set of rules to this message, and
therefore the target rule defined here.
