creating a report card

I have created a report card for my school and saved it as a word template
that has tables . I would like to reuse the printed version. For instance
the first quarter grades would be printed in October, sent home with each
child and returned. Then November I would reuse the report card to enter the
2nd quarter grades. How can I do this?
