cp_850.nls error on startup

I installed Windows on a blank Hard Drive, did all the updates, installed
additional software,then restored a backup I had made(Windows Me) into a
folder called "Old Hard Drive". Everythig seemed to install fine. Then the
nxt day it wouldn;t boot so now I'm trying a repair/reinstall. I get through
the first part, but when it goes to restart the system. it comes up with this
eror.

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\WINDOWS\system32\cp_850.nls

What can I do with this file?
