Cover Page

I have a lanscape page already with a picture, text, and a table on it, I
have to add a cover sheet to this in a portriat style and I do not know how,
can somone please help me quick?

Go to the beginning of your document (Ctrl+Home) and then insert a Next Page
Section Break. Then, with the selection in the first Section of the
document, use the Page>Setup facility to change the orientation of that
Section of the document.

You should not need to change the orientation. Most of the time, a blank
landscape page can be substituted for a blank portrait page. (It depends on
your definition of a blank page. There would be a difference if the blank
page included H&F info)
