Creating a Cover Page in Word 2011

Word 2011 has an Insert Pages>Cover button.

How does one create your own cover page to add to that list?

If you are really using Word 2011, which I would assume is a Mac version,
then you might be better advised to post at
http://www.officeformac.com/ProductForums/Word/

But if it works the same as Word 2010, you would select the cover page and
use Insert | Text | Quick Parts | Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery. In
the Create New Building Block dialog, select Cover Pages as the Gallery. I'm
not sure which Category is correct here, but for Options, you should select
"Insert content in its own page." Some fine-tuning may be required, but if
you start by modifying one of the built-in cover pages, you should be safe.
