countdown, then restart

hi, i was wondering, how should i fix this problem i
have. When i turn my computer on it takes only about 30
seconds after windows xp loads, then a window pops up and
saysremote procedure call terminated unexpectidly, then
it shows a countdown and restarts, then as soon as it
turns on, it does the same thing again. What should i do,
to stop the window from popping up so i can acess my
computer?
