Remote Procedure Call service terminates unexptectedly and windows reboots

While using my computer, a window will pop-up stating
windows will reboot in 1 minute. There is no way to stop
the countdown. The messege it gives is as follows:
"Windows must now restart because the Remote Procedure
Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly."
I completly formated my hard drive and re-installed the
OS. The same problem still occurs. Does anyone have any
ideas what the problem is and how I fix it???

Need Help!

Install:

As soon as you can! You are running the 32-bit version

Also enable Windows XP's built in firewall:

Then go to WindowsUpdate to pick up the latest updates:
