Corel Draw 12 setup problem

When I try to install Service Pack 1 for Corel Draw 12, I always get
the message "1: Failed to install ISKernel Files. Make sure you have
appropriate privileges on this machine."

I have Vista Home Basic x64.

Has anyone solved this problem yet...?

Right-click on the service pack installer exe and select 'Run as
Administrator'.
