Cookies must be enabled error

I recently installed all updates available for Windows XP Professional. I am
trying to get onto a website "kidsfutures.ca", but get the error "cookies
must be enabled" message. I have checked all security and privacy settings,
and all are set to allow cookies. I have reduced all settings the the
minimum, but still cannot connect. My brother is running the same OS and has
also installed all updates, and he has no problem connecting. Can anyone
give me some information or tell me what I can do/try to get it to work. Any
help is greatly appreciated.

Open internet options in control panel,L.clicl each of the icons shown,then
select default,close out.With SP2,open firewall also,add program,select
IE,then
edit,set to use youre network only,close-out.
