Cookie problem they are enabled-web sites say no.

I have enabled cookies at the lowest level of security and
websites that I visit reguarly and used to allow me in at
Medium are now saying my cookies are not enabled.

Can someone help me fix this problem? How or why did
things get changed.

Tools | Internet Options | Privacy
Click Edit.
Enter the site name.
Click Always Allow.
