Control Panel missing in Start Menu Settings

Hi all,

I made a mistake with TweakUI and now Control Panel is
not listed anymore in the Start Menu Settings. The
problem is that TweakUI was listed in the Control Panel
and I can't run it anymore since I can't go into the
Control Panel anymore. It is not listed in Windows
Explorer either.

We have different domains at work I can log on to and
this problem is only true for the domain I was logged on
to.

I think TweakUI modifies the registry when you change
different settings. I tried to look for any clues in the
registry to no avail.

Does anybody know how to put the Control Panel back in
the Start Menu Settings? The Dial-up Connections also
disappeared.
