Contol Panel Add/Remove

M

Mercury

I am currently using the following operating system and
software:

Microsoft XP Professional
Microsoft Office 2003 Professional
Sysmantec SystemWorks
Internet Explorer
Etc.

Someone wanted me to try yahoo messenger. I downloaded
the product, however, I didn't for yahoo at all.
Therefore, I went into control panel, add/remove; to
remove yahoo messenger and all of its accompanying
products. After removing the yahoo products, there are
some yahoo products still being displayed in control
panel, add/remove.

I have tried to delete all software files and folders, as
well as removing registry entries.

I would appreciate any assistance.

Thank you,

Mercury
