Continued request for approval of license in 2003

Installed Office 2003 in new laptop (old one died). Every time I open Outlook
it keeps asking me for acceptance of license agreement.
I am the admin
Windows 7

Right click on the Outlook shortcut while holding SHIFT and choose Run as
Administrator. Accept the EULA and restart Outlook normally.
