How to keep the license agreement from appearing at Outlook login

I just installed Office 2003 on my new laptop. Everytime I open Outlook I get
the license agreement and agree every time. It keeps coming up. This did not
happen on my previous computer. Not sure why it is doing this now.

Yes I have rebooted but not reinstalled (Don't want to do all the settings
again)

Any ideas ?

Did you log into the admin account and accept it? If you installed outlook
as part of the office suite, you can open any acct and accept the eula.

It might work to ruin outlook.exe as admin from your profile - if not you'll
need to do it from an administrator account.
