contacts disappeared after upgrading

I recently upgraded from outlook 2003 to outlook 2007; tonight, when I
opened outlook, there were no contacts in the address book and none of my
personal file folders were retained. They were there immediately upon the
upgrade but are gone now. (I also had some trouble sending emails at first
but have resolved that problem by removing the need for the certificate of
authentication.) Help!!! I really need that address book contact list
back!!! Thanks for any help.
