Moving Address Book from one Personal Folder.pst file to another

I have copied a saved Personal Folder.pst file to it's correct location
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Personal Folder.pst . Now when I open Outlook I get
the following guery " The location messages are delivered to has changed for
this profile ----
Some of ther shortcuts on the Outlook bar may no longer work. Do you want
Outlook to recreate your shortcuts? All shortcuts you have created will be
removed. YES, or NO.
If I answer YES then everything works fine except my address Book is empty.
If I answer NO my address book is retained along with all my other Personal
Folders except the operation of my e-mail buttons, such as Send/Receive, do
not work correctly.
Is there any way I can copy my address book from the Personal Folder with
the address book to the Personal Folder that works correctly but does not
contain any addresses in it's address book?
I am using Outlook 2002 with Microsoft XP Professional.
Note: Article ID 291618 "How to copy the personal Address book (PAB) to
another computer in Outlook 2002" claims that you can identify the PAB file
your e-mail profile uses from Outlook\Tools\Directory\View or change
directories or address books\Next\change amd then note the path to your PAB
file. However, the only thing I get when I follow this direction is --
"Outlook Address Book" type MAPI the Change button gives me Contacts:
Personal Folder without a Next Button. My contacts and address book are not
the same.
I have performed a search for any *.pab files and none were found.
So, Is there any way to copy my Address Book from the personal folder that
diesn't operate correctly to the one that does but has an empty address book.
Or, is my only alternative to recreate my address book manually?
Any help at all will be appreciated.
