Connecting to adserver.adtech.de

When ever i go to certain websites, and box comes up. It
asks for login details to "Connecting to
adserver.adtech.de" but i have never registered or been
to this site before. it used to only appear when i went
on fhm.com but now it has spread to ther sites such as
gamesradar.com. How do i solve this problem?
