Does Outlook open or does it hang at the first screen (the splash screen) if
yes then close Outlook and delete a file called outcmd.dat. Outlook will
recreate this file. Did this help!
If you currently have Outlook 2000 on your system but it is not working.
You should be able go into Add/Remove programs under the control panel and
do a repair and/or reinstall. It also depends on what the issue you are
experiencing - are you receiving errors if so what are they?
