How do I transfer emails/address book/tasks/calendar to new compt

I am running Outlook 2000 with Windows 98. My new computer runs Outlook 2003
with Windows XP. How can I get the emails/address book/tasks/calendar that
are on my old computer onto my new computer?

I didn't have any issues.
I followed all the
instructions, but my Contacts, Calendar & Address Book did not open
in OL2007! Suggestions anyone?

Then you didn't follow the instructions correctly.
