computer manufacturer and model

Tech people are always asking me for my computer manufacturer and model. I
bought this at a pawn shop and it has no markings. The only information I can
get is a bunch of numbers. Can anyone tell me what the following means?
System Manufacturer 00101880 6735
System Model 15144100051234
I have a book with all this in it but it is so old now that it is no longer
useful (i.e. 1993)

How about opening the case and having a look inside? You might find a
manufacturer and model number there.

What is more important than the mftr. is your hardware specs. Use one of
these system inventory programs (free) to see what hardware is in your
machine:
