Computer freezes with Cisco VPN client

New Windows XP computer (Pentium 4) connected to ADSL can make connection
through Cisco VPN client. After a few minutes, however, computer freezes
completely. Only hard reset can make computer to get going again. This has
happened with different versions of the Cisco client. Turning off firewall
or updating network drivers does not help.

On another XP computer (laptop) behind the same ADSL it works fine. I
suspect some hardware or driver problem. How can I find out?

Did you ever receive an answer on this? I have the same issue - tried
several client versions to no avail. Seems particularly prone to crash
if I'm playing any audio... (strange)
