computer crashes constantly...

Every time I try to play a game, my computer crashes. At
first it would just restart itself, until I disabled the
auto restart feature. Now I just get a blue screen with
some crazy information that I can't make any sense out
of. I thought maybe it was my video card, and I re-
installed it, and reinstalled the drivers for it, but
it's still crashing. In the System Event Log it says:

Category: None
Type: Warning
Event ID: 4

"Unable to create the symbolic link for \Device\Serial1"

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Well firstly when it comes up with a blue screen write
down the address of it. Try typing it in the knowledge
base. Also what games are you trying to run that would
also provide some hint as to the problem.

First off need to no what Operating System you have.
Sounds like Win ME.
