COMPANY LOGO

We run Outlook 2003 and would like to use our company logo as a watermark.
When we use Word as our editor, the logo comes out tiled all over the page.
When we deactivate Word, everything is resolved. So we have to choose Word
and no logo, or a logo and no Word. Is there a solution for this?
