Logos in e-mail

Simon

I have created some stationary with our company logo. When
we send it internally, then everyone can see the logo;
when we send externally then it gets delivered as an
attachment. Is there anything I can do about this or is it
to do with the way mail is configured at the recipient's
site? (By the way we are using Outlook 98.)

Alternatively, we would like to have two signatures; one
for internal (with the logo) and one for external (with
the logo stripped out). Is there anyway I can set up
Outlook to automatically select the correct signature
depending on whether the mail is being sent external to
the company. Or can I set a rule to strip out the
stationary (is this possible)?

Excuse my ignorance but I am fairly non-technical.

Thanks and regards,

Simon

Only users of Outlook will be able to view the logo. Lotus
Notes, GroupWise will receive it as an attachment.

You will have to setup two signatures: one for internal,
and one for external. You will then have to manually
insert one depending on destination.
