Clock jumps ahead one day and 7 minutes?

My system clock jumps ahead one day and 7 minutes when I
start up. I downloaded an atomic clock program to update
the clock but it only does it once every 2 hrs. How can I
permanently change the clock without the use of an atomic
clock sync program?

I sounds like there is some serious overclocking of your CPU if this is
intentional there isn't much that can be done. You need to check your bios
confiuration.
