Cisco & SonicWall VPN clients

I have a Windows XP Professional PC with Cisco VPN client
implemented. If I also implement SonciWall VPN client
the Cisco client no longer works properly (I can
establish a session, but can no longer "see" the server I
wish to telnet or ftp to). This happens even if I
implement SonicWall in a separate user, and remains a
problem after I uninstall SonicWall, until I restore the
registry.

Is there anything I can do to persuade these two VPN
clients to co-exist?

Don't know; I've never tried - does it make any difference if you disable
the sonicwall client? The software exists for all users, so there's no way
to have it for one and not the other.
For the PIX, presuming you're using one, can't you use the native Windows
VPN client? I haven't done it, but had heard it was possible.
