CiceroUIWndFrameL OUTLOOK.EXE - eNTRY pOINT NOTE FOUND

Hi to all,

I have recently re-installed my PC with WINXP SP2 and office2003 SP2. The
installation went well but when I started to use my outlook I encountered
this problem "CiceroUIWndFrameL OUTLOOK.EXE - eNTRY pOINT NOTE FOUND". Can
you guys help me solve this problem?

HHello ,
by looking at the error message , it seems to be an installation problem-
may be windows installation or office installation.However , please look at
the article mentioned below and the weblink for the same

support.microsoft.com
article >842014

please mention the results and also about the error number if any.
you also find the MOD NAME, let us know.
Hope this will resolve the issue.

Hi. I tried to install "MDAC_TYP" but it wont install (not compatible with
my OS?)
BTW, there is no error code. This is the pop up error I encountered:

"CiceroUIWndFrame: OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GdipGetPropertyItem could not be located in the
dynamic link library gdiplus.dll"
