chat program within my network

Hi There
I have just set up a home network with 4 computers.I have Norton internet
firewall installed. I want to enable or find a chat program that will let me
communicate with the other 3 computers.
The first computer runs win xp pro ( the same os I'm running)
The second one is running windows 2000 pro
The third is running windows 98 se
Any help with this Problem would be greatly appreciated.

I know of an open source software which you can run. It is a nice program. May be you can think of installing Linux in one of your machines. In fact it will be a good excercise for you to do that
