Changing Windows XP/Vista font size

Dale

Hi:
My parents have Windows XP Home edition.
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium edition.
According to some information I have found in books and on-line,
a person can change the size of the fonts on web pages that they
are viewing, if they have a mouse with a built-in scroll-wheel.

Can this be done if you do not have a mouse with the scroll-wheel ?
i.e., you just have a regular 2-button mouse.
If so, please provide the details.
Thank you.

Its possible to override the webpage font size with two button mouse.
Do this for internet explorer 6
1) Open internet explorer - click tools-internet options-Accessibility - put
a check in Ignore font sizes specified in webpages.- click ok twice.

2) Then click view in main toolbar - textsize - Choose larger or largest.

in internet explorer 7
Press and hold down the CTRL key then press - key to decrease font size + to
increase font size .This also applies to opera,Mozilla firefox and seamonkey
