Windows XP, Explorer screen resizing by it self

When I use Windows Explorer my screen resizes it self.
I have a wireless scroll mouse, sometimes I turn the scroll wheel and my
screen changes screen size. I hate this and want a fix. It just started
doing this last week. I had my mouse for 2 years now, usb and wireless
keyboard.
