scrolling wheel on mouse - lotus 123

For some reason the software lotus 123 millenium edtion, has trouble with the
windows xp as far as being able to use the scroll wheel on the mouse when
viewing sheets on the lotus 123 ,I am unable to scroll. Instead I have to
use either the arrow keys or use mouse pointer on the up and down tabs . Is
there a way to solve this ???? ( note :dont have this problem with the
"lower" window operating systems)

I'm not a lotus user but they dropped universal scroll support built into
the Intellipoint driver (and probably others) somewhere after version 4.x
leaving the software developers to provide native scroll support built in to
the application. So check the application developer's web site.
