Changing Windows XP from an English platform to a Chinese platform

Cynthia

I currently have Windows XP SP3 on my laptop. The version I have is an
English version. I wanted to change the whole system to Chinese and was
wondering if there is any way to convert my exisiting English platform to a
Chinese one?

Is there any out there able to advise ways to converting the English version
to Chinese without purchasing the full Windows?

Many thanks ^0^

It's not possible to completely change languages. You need to buy a
Chinese version.

Thank you for your reply. Are you able to advise me of possible ways to
purchase a Chinese version in U.K? The online shops suggested by Microsoft
all sell Chinese version but unfortunately they only take Chinese Credit Card
payments. All the other shops in China town don't sell Chinese version!!!

Many thanks.

You're welcome. Sorry, no I can't help. I don't even know where to get
a Chinese version in the USA where I live, let alone in the UK.

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS
to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of WinXP
(in whatever language you want) to perform a clean installation.
