Changing system buttons

Hi, I wonder if there is any way to change the symbol in the system buttons (close, maximize, minimize) in Windows 2000, such as giving them a Windows 3.x-look (arrow down as "minimize", arrow up as "maximize" and a line as "close" --- all these symbols are inside the marlett.ttf font file)

I don't really know _why_ I want to know this, but it would be interesting to know if it is possible

And please don't tell me about WindowBlinds or something like that, i just want to change the symbols, not to slow down the OS with a bitmap based skin
