Button icons changed

The symbols/icons in all my Windows buttons - close,
maximize, minimize, scroll, even check boxes - have
changed. For instance, the down arrow symbol is now an
hour glass and the right arrow symbol is now a mouse
symbol. Has anybody ever seen this before, or know how to
put it right??

Thanks

Dave

Those icons are part of a font called Marlett.ttf. You can run into
scrambled fonts if you have too many fonts on your system. There is a
font repair function in TweakUI, but it is better to limit the number
of fonts on your system to actually prevent the problem (something
under 500 total fonts in the Fonts folder is usually best,
particularly if the fonts have long file names).
